What sizes do you stock?
Sizes vary because many of our garments are unique or available in very limited quantities. Each product page shows the labelled size, measurements and current availability.
Are your sweatshorts, jorts and sweatpants unisex?
Most of our pieces are unisex. Please check the product description and measurements to choose the right fit.
How do I know whether an item is in stock?
If an item can be added to the cart, it is currently available. Items that have already been purchased are marked “Sold out.”
Delivery & Pickup
Where are you located?
Violet Style Hub is an online store based in Kasarani, Nairobi. Local pickup is available by prior arrangement.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide through courier services. Same-day delivery may be available within Nairobi. Delivery to other locations in Kenya normally takes 1–2 business days, depending on the destination and courier.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Nairobi typically costs KSh 200–300. Delivery outside Nairobi typically costs KSh 300–500, depending on the destination. The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before dispatch.
Payments
How can I pay?
Online orders can be paid securely through M‑PESA or by debit or credit card at checkout. Cash payment is available only for pre-arranged pickup orders.
Never share your M‑PESA PIN, bank password or verification code with anyone.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange an item if the size does not fit?
Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The garment must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition.
Because many of our pieces are unique, the same style or size may no longer be available. An exchange can therefore be made for another available item. Any price difference will be settled before the replacement is dispatched.
The customer covers the return-delivery cost unless the wrong item was supplied or the item was materially different from its description.
Stock & New Drops
When do you add new stock?
New unique pieces are normally added every 1–2 weeks. Because many items are one-off pieces, a sold item may not return in the same style, colour or size.
