Location and Pickup
Violet Style Hub is an online clothing store based in Kasarani, Nairobi.
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before travelling to collect an order.
Delivery Across Kenya
We deliver countrywide using third-party courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi: Same-day delivery may be available.
- Outside Nairobi: Usually 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier availability, weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Fees
Typical delivery charges are:
- Nairobi: KSh 200–300
- Outside Nairobi: KSh 300–500, depending on the destination
The final delivery fee will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
Exchanges
If an item does not fit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- unworn and unused;
- in its original condition;
- free from stains, damage, perfume or alterations;
- returned with any original labels or packaging supplied with it.
Because many of our products are unique pieces, the same design, colour or size may no longer be available. The customer may therefore select another available item. Any price difference must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
The customer is responsible for the return-delivery fee and the delivery fee for the replacement item when the exchange is requested because of size, fit or a change of preference.
Refunds and Incorrect Items
We do not normally provide cash refunds for changes of mind, sizing or fit. Our standard policy in these situations is exchange only.
This does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable Kenyan law.
If Violet Style Hub sends the wrong item, or if an item is materially different from its description or has an undisclosed defect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where required.
How to Request an Exchange
Before returning an item, contact us and provide the order number, reason for the exchange and clear photographs where relevant.
